    2 Fish – any combination; Redfish. Trout or Flounder

$125/boat per person

Tournament Rules

  1. Fishing begins at Safelight (30 minutes before official sunrise)(Lines in the water).
  2. BOAT DIVISION stringer is 1 trout, 1 redfish and 1 flounder;
    KAYAK DIVISION stringer is 2 fish any combination of trout, redfish or flounder.
  3. PARKS AND WILDLIFE FISHING LICENSE AND SALTWATER STAMP ARE REQUIRED. ALL PARKS AND WILDLIFE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL BE ENFORCED. IT IS ENCOURAGED TO WEAR PERSONAL FLOATATION DEVICES AT ALL TIMES.
  4. Only public waters may be fished by boats, kayaks, docks, piers and wade fishers.
  5. Entrants not fishing from kayaks must be entered as part of the boat division.
  6. Kayak teams must launch at the same location.
  7. In event of a weigh tie, team weighing in earliest will prevail. Decisions of the Weigh Master are final.
  8. “One Pole per Angler” – You can have more than on rod and reel on the boat, but you cannot fish with more than one at a time.
  9. Tournament is open to live or artificial bait.
  10. Guides are welcome and do not have to count as members of a registered team if they are not fishing as part of the team.  If the guide is fishing with the team and the guide’s fish are intended to be counted as part of the team’s stringer, the guide must be registered and counted as a meber of the team.
  11. Weigh-in no earlier than 12:00PM and you must be in sight of the Weigh Master by 3:00PM. 12:00PM weigh-in start time is tentative, subject to change. /li>

Clarification of Rules
* Redfish (Red Drum) – A legal Redrish must be at least 20” and not greater than 28”. NO Redfish over 28” will be considered for any division.
* Trout (Spotted Sea Trout) – A legal Trout must be at least 15”. NO Trout over 25″ will be considered for any division
